Your STATE affects every aspect of your life.

 

How many times have you woke up telling yourself “I’m having a bad day” or “I’m in a bad mood” and you then proceeded to have a bad day AND be in a bad mood?

 

I want you to stop for a minute and think about the TRUE answer to my next question…

 

What STATE do you live in?

 

Are you rushing all the time?

Are you quick to anger?

Are you constantly stressed?

Are you reactive to the things that happen in your day?

 

The definition of STATE, is the condition of a person or thing.

What do you think your current condition is?

 

I know this isn’t an easy thing to admit or to be honest about…

But I want to help you get out of the current state that’s keeping you trapped…

And show you how you can step into a POWERFUL state each day.

 

I noticed several years ago, that I was extremely reactive to everything around me…

I’d wake up in a bad mood and I would let it ruin my whole day…

Something would go wrong and it would derail everything else...

Someone would say something I didn’t like and I’d blow up at them and be mad all day…

I would get to feeling discouraged and just STAY in that state, moping around for days or weeks…

 

Does any of this sound familiar?

 

I heard something from one of my mentors one day that completely changed me and the entire state of my life…

 

“The number one key to success in life is to master your own state. If you can manage and master your state, there’s nothing you can’t do.”

 

When I heard this. It’s like the clouds parted and I saw the sun for the first time.

This made me realize that I WAS THE ONLY ONE IN CONTROL OF MY STATE.

No one else and nothing else has the power to change my state, EXCEPT ME.

A person can’t “make me mad” - I MAKE MYSELF GET MAD.

A spilled coffee can’t ruin my day - I RUIN MY DAY.

A missed workout can’t discourage me - I MAKE MYSELF DISCOURAGED.

 

Are you getting this???!!!

 

I just needed to learn how to manage my state so I could stop being reactive to the situations around me.

 

I needed to be able to renew the state of my mind so my default reactions weren’t to be stressed, angry, and discouraged.

 

And what I figured out through my own transformation is that in order to renew my mind, I needed to renew my thought patterns.

 

Here’s what I learned: YOU ARE WHO YOU BELIEVE YOU ARE.

And you act and react based on those beliefs about yourself.

 

Ugh. That stings a little right? Yeah I know. I’ve been through this.

 

So how do we change our beliefs about ourselves and prime our minds to be proactive instead of reactive each and every day?

 

We step into our POWER and we create our PRESENCE.

The two actions of STATE are POWER and PRESENCE.

You will receive a ½ point for completing the action of POWER and a ½ point for completing the action of PRESENCE.

Totaling 1 Point for STATE in your FOUR, each day.

 

STATE: 1 Point

    Power = ½ Point

    Presence = ½ Point

 

Remember: The goal is to total 4 Points for The FOUR at the end of each day!

And after a while, when a negative thought pops up - you will be able to decline it & push it out of your mind without skipping a beat!
