COCONUT BANANA CRUNCH
INGREDIENTS:
1 banana
4 Tbsp shredded coconut (organic unsweetened)
1 Tbsp almond butter
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Put coconut in a large baggie.
2. Spread almond butter very lightly on outside of banana.
3. Carefully add the whole banana to the large baggie and gently roll it around in the coconut until it is evenly covered.
