Strawberry Protein Bites - Created by LadyBoss Senior Coach Stefanie
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup frozen strawberries
1 cup quick oats
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 cup coconut flour
2 tablespoons coconut oil
1 tablespoon honey
2 scoops LadyBoss LEAN Vanilla Cake Protein Powder
Unsweetened coconut flakes (or ground almonds if you prefer)
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Place all ingredients (except coconut flakes) in a food processor, and chop until the mixture is a dough consistency. *You may need to add a bit of almond milk to thin it out or add more flour if it's too sticky.
2. Using your hands, make 2-inch balls with the "dough" and roll in coconut (or ground almond).
3. Refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.
*Pro Tip: Store in the fridge for 1 week or freeze for up to 1 month.
