INGREDIENTS:

1/2 cup sliced red cabbage
1/2 cup sliced green cabbage - you could just use one color if that is all you have
1/2 cup water
1 T. Olive oil
 Tony Chachere’s seasoning or seasoning salt

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. In a skillet on high heat, add olive oil and cabbage
2. Reduce heat to medium and add water
3. Simmer for approx 5 minutes or until tender
4. Add seasoning to taste and serve as a side dish with any approved protein - Add sliced and cooked chicken or turkey sausage to the pan for a complete easy one pan meal
