THE 7 DAY TRAINING CALENDAR:
This schedule is designed for a LadyBoss who can make it to the gym every day.
Any of the gym workout days can be traded for a AfterBurn At Home workout.



THE 5 DAY TRAINING CALENDAR:
This schedule is designed for a LadyBoss who can make it to the gym 5 days a week.
The days you can't make it to the gym, you should be doing a AfterBurn Home workout.



THE 3 DAY TRAINING CALENDAR:
This schedule is designed for a LadyBoss who can make it to the gym 3 days a week.

I have you doubling up workouts at the gym on the days you go so you can get in every muscle group.

(Try to at least get in 4 exercises of each muscle group; i.e. On Day 1 Back & Shoulders - Do at least 4 back exercises & 4 shoulder exercises from the weekly workout, depending on the time it takes you, I don't want you spending more than 45 min on your workout).
The days you can't make it to the gym, you should be doing a AfterBurn Home workout.
