SNOWBOARDERS


1. Stand with feet wide and toes angled out

2. Jump and turn ½ way around facing opposite direction

3. Jump back around to starting position

 

TIP: Make sure to keep your knees bent and land softly



UP DOWN PLANK WITH TUCK JUMP


1. Begin in a plank position with hands directly under shoulders

2. Lower to your elbows then press back up to your hands

3. Keep back flat and abs engaged

4. Jump both knees into your chest and then out



JACK WITH UPPER BODY TWIST


1. Jump your legs out and rotate to each side as you bring your hands overhead, then jump back to standing

2. Exhale as you jump out and inhale as you bring hands down and feet together



SUPERMAN LIFT WITH LEG TOUCH OVERS


1. Lift your upper body and lower body up and hold

2. Keep your glutes tight and abdominals engaged

3. Reach one arm back to touch the opposite toe and alternate sides



JUMP ROPE


1. Stand with your feet close together and jump up and down

2. Move your hands in small circles as if you were holding a jump rope



BURPEES


1. Squat down

2. Hop back to plank, hop back to squat

3. Jump up!

 

Tip: When you hop back in to squat, try widening your feet to keep your back aligned and give you more hops on the way up
