SQUAT WITH ALTERNATING SIDE LEG LIFT


1. Stand with feet wide, toes pointed forward

2. Squat keeping back flat and as you stand, lift your leg to the side



MARCHING BRIDGE


1. Begin in a bridge position with your hips off the floor

2. Lift one leg up, then the other in a marching pattern

 

TIP: Keep your glutes tight!



SIDE TO SIDE OBLIQUE CRUNCH


1. Lay on your back with your arms by your sides

2. Engage your abs and lift your upper body up keeping space between your chin and chest.

3. Lean side to side trying to touch your heels



BEAST TO DOWN DOG


1. Start on all fours with your knees one inch off the floor

2. Press into your hands and lift your hips up to downdog

3. Try and press your heels down to give yourself a calf stretch

4. Lower back down to beast



KNEE PUSHUPS WITH ARM REACH


1. Do a pushup with wide hands on your knees

2. As you press back up, lift one arm straight out

 

TIP: To make it more difficult, do the pushup on your toes!

 



ROLL UPS


1. From standing, sit on the floor, roll back, then roll yourself all the way up to standing again

 

TIP: Really pay attention to your abs and drawing them in



1 FREAKING AWESOME BURPEE


Go for it lady!

 

1. Squat down

2. Hop back to plank

3. Hop back to squat

4. Jump up!

 

Tip: When you hop back in to squat, try widening your feet to keep your back aligned and give you more hops on the way up
