ENLIGHTENED TURKEY BURGER

All white meat patty topped with baby lettuce tossed in red wine vinaigrette, dried cranberries, Roma tomatoes, chargrilled red onions and grained Dijon mayonnaise on a toasted bun. Served with a mixed green salad.
