Avocado Bowl - Created by LadyBoss Coach Katie
INGREDIENTS:
1 avocado, removed from skin (but leave intact)
1/2 cup chopped celery
Juice of 1 lime
Sea salt to taste
1 teaspoon chopped parsley
1 tablespoon hemp seeds
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Take out filling of the avocado and mash
2. Mix chopped celery, lime juice, and sea salt with mashed avocado
3. Place mixture back in the avocado skin
4. Serve topped with parsley and hemp seeds
