Garlic "Calzone" - Created by LadyBoss Senior Coach Piper
INGREDIENTS:
1 or 2 gluten free tortilla or low carb tortilla
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 Tbsp garlic powder
2 Tbsp mozzarella
1/2 cup cubed chicken breast
1 cup fresh spinach
2 Tbsp diced tomato
2 Tbsp pepperoncini
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Brush tortillas with olive oil
2. Sprinkle with garlic powder
3. Sprinkle with mozzarella
4. On one half of tortilla, add remaining ingredients
5. Fold tortilla in half, press closed
6. Heat non-stick skillet on high
7. Place "calzones" into skillet, brown for 4 minutes, flip and brown for 2 more
Cut in half and enjoy!
