HAMBURGER SALAD - Created by LadyBoss Coach Stefanie
INGREDIENTS:
Salad: Iceberg lettuce
Sliced tomatoes
Sliced red onion
Sliced pickles
Cooked crumbled ground turkey (1 cup per salad using Lawry’s season salt to taste)
Optional shredded fat-free cheddar cheese
Dressing: 2 Tbsp ketchup
2 Tbsp yellow mustard
2 Tbsp red wine vinegar
Whisk dressing ingredients
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Layer large lettuce leaves on the plate followed by tomato slices and onion slices.
2. Sprinkle cooked ground turkey on layered salad and top with pickle slices.
3. Drizzle dressing over top with salt and pepper.
