BLUEBERRY SHRIMP SALAD


INGREDIENTS:

2 cups iceberg lettuce
1 cup shrimp
1/4 cup blueberries
2 Tbsp sliced almonds
1/2 lemon
Fresh ground pepper

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Preheat skillet to medium heat, spray with nonstick spray, and add in shrimp. Cook for a few minutes until shrimp are no longer frozen.

2. Add all ingredients to salad. Top with pepper and fresh-squeezed lemon juice.
