THE FOUR

Our weight loss and health goals can seem like this really big, tall, humongous tree that is towering over us and making us feel like our goal is just too big to accomplish…

 

Sound familiar?

 

But big trees are cut down all the time, right?

So HOW can we cut down our big, huge, towering “weight loss” tree?

 

Easy. By swinging the axe 4 times daily.

You can’t lose it all in a day…

BUT if you swing the axe four times daily… eventually the tree will FALL.

 

**BOOM** (that’s the sound of your weight loss goal being accomplished)

 

 

This personal philosophy is what inspired me to create “THE FOUR”.

 

You can’t fall off the wagon if you follow The FOUR.

You won’t get overwhelmed if you follow The FOUR.

You simply can’t fail if you complete The FOUR.

 

You will only see yourself having success day after day if you follow The FOUR.

 

Sounds great, right?

 

Now let me explain…

 

The FOUR was created out of the things that I did on a daily basis to lose my 65 pounds and that I STILL do every single day that have allowed me to keep the weight off for 6 years now…

 

Your goal each day is to simply complete The FOUR…

 

Nothing more, nothing less. Simple.
