Panko Chicken Tenders - Created by LadyBoss Coach Stefanie
INGREDIENTS:
4 boneless chicken breasts- cut into strips - or purchase Pre-cut tenders in the meat section of the grocery store
1 cup Panko bread crumbs
2 Tbsp garlic powder
4 Tbsp Italian seasoning or lemon pepper seasoning
4 egg whites
2 Tbsp skim milk or plain almond milk
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Pre heat oven to 425 degrees
2. In a bowl, whip together egg whites and milk; set aside
3. Next; mix breadcrumbs, garlic powder, and seasoning. Place on a large plate
4. Individually take each chicken strip and dip in egg white mixture and then roll in breadcrumbs- place on foil-lined baking sheet that has been sprayed with non-stick spray
5. Bake at 425 for 35 minutes or until cooked in center and golden brown
