CHICKPEA BALSAMIC CHICKEN
INGREDIENTS:
1 tsp olive oil
1 skinless, boneless chicken breast
6 grape tomatoes, halved
1/2 can of chickpeas, rinsed
Fresh ground pepper
1 tsp balsamic vinegar
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Preheat oven to medium high heat.
2. Season chicken on both sides with pepper.
3. Add olive oil, balsamic vinegar, chicken, tomatoes, and chickpeas into skillet.
4. Cook until chicken is no longer pink on the inside and tomatoes have wilted.
5. Enjoy!
