Healthy Cinnabon Bake

HEALTHY CINNABON BAKE


INGREDIENTS:
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 and 1/2 cups gluten free oats (blended into flour)
1/3 cup Xylitol & separate 1/2 cup Xylitol
2 egg whites
8 Tbsp LadyBoss LEAN Vanilla Cake Protein Powder 
1 Tbsp baking powder                                                                                                                                                              2 tsp cinnamon
Xylitol honey


INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Preheat oven to 350 F and spray 8X8 dish with nonstick spray.

2. Combine 1/3 cup Xylitol and 2 tsp cinnamon in small bowl and set aside.

3. Whisk together all other ingredients in large bowl. Mix until batter texture.

4. Pour 1/4 of the batter into pan as a shallow base layer.

5. Sprinkle all over with cinnamon sugar mixture. Pour in remaining batter and top with remaining cinnamon sugar mixture. Add zig zag lines of Xylitol honey on top.

6. Draw a knife through the batter to marble. 

7. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until you can poke in knife and it comes out clean.

8. Cut into 10 slices. ENJOY!!!
