RASPBERRY ALMOND MUG CAKE
INGREDIENTS:
CAKE
2 Tbsp egg whites
1 and 1/2 Tbsp coconut flour
1 scoop LadyBoss LEAN Vanilla Cake Protein Powder
1 and 1/2 Tbsp Carb Master Raspberry Yogurt
1/4 tsp almond extract
2 and 1/2 Tbsp unsweetened almond milk
Sweetener of choice
ICING
2 Tbsp raspberry yogurt mixed with 2 Tbsp LadyBoss LEAN Vanilla Cake Protein Powder
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Mix all cake ingredients and add to greased mug.
2. Cook in microwave for 60-90 seconds! Top with 'icing'! ENJOY!!!
