Cast Iron Cookie Bread
INGREDIENTS:
2 scoops LadyBoss Lean protein powder
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup gluten free baking mix
1/3 cup Almond butter
1 1/2 Tablespoons coconut oil
Optional toppings: sugar free chocolate chips and walnuts
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Preheat oven to 350 and grease cast iron skillet.
2. In bowl, mix all ingredients into smooth batter and pour into cast iron skillet.
3. Top with chocolate chips and walnuts if desired.
4. Bake 20 minutes or until golden brown.
Makes 6 servings.
