Strawberry Shortcake

INGREDIENTS:

Handful of strawberries sliced⠀

1 packet of stevia⠀

1 Mug or Mason Jar⠀

1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk⠀

5 tablespoon Almond flour⠀

1/2 teaspoon of baking powder⠀

1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract⠀

Dash of Salt⠀

1/2 scoop of LadyBossⓇ LEAN

Almond milk whipped cream

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Pour Stevia over sliced strawberries & set aside⠀

2. Spray mug with nonstick spray⠀

3. In your mug, mix dry ingredients with almond milk, vanilla extract, and LadyBoss LEAN⠀

4. Microwave for 1 minute, 30 seconds⠀

5. Put cake on a plate, and slice in half.⠀

6. Put one slice of cake back in mug⠀

7. Put a layer of strawberries⠀

8. Add a layer of whip cream and repeat until your mug is full

I use this recipe for mug cake brownies. 😬 I use a full scoop of brownie batter lean instead of 1/2 scoop of vanilla. I use 3.5 TB of almond flour instead of 5. 😋😋

You mix the almond flour in with the dry ingredients. Yes you can use coconut flour in place of almond.

I am confused it calls for almond flour but it doesn't tell you in the directions to use it? 🤔 Also could you substitute coconut flour? Thanks

You just have to watch it in the microwave or use a bigger mug.
