INGREDIENTS:

1/2 cup Low calorie sweetener - like Ideal
1 4oz jar organic baby food applesauce
4 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp pure vanilla extract
4 large egg whites
1 15 oz can of raw pumpkin - not canned pumpkin pie mix
2 cups oat flour( You can make your own by taking 2.5 cups dry raw oats and wiz it into a blender )
2 scoops LadyBoss lean
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/2 cup chopped pecans (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Spray 9 X 13″ Glass dish with non-stick spray.
3. Combine the first 11 ingredients and mix.
4. Add the final 3 ingredients (4, if adding walnuts) & mix until everything looks well incorporated .
5. Spread batter into the dish & bake for 30 min.
6. Poke the cake with a tooth pick and when it comes out mostly clean they are done! The cake will be very moist.
7. Let cool then cut into 2 in squares.
