PEANUT BUTTER PROTEIN COOKIES
INGREDIENTS:
4 Tbsp powdered peanut butter (PB2)
1/2 cup almond flour
1/4 cup egg whites
1/4 cup LadyBoss LEAN Vanilla Cake Protein Powder
1/2 tsp of toffee flavor stevia
1/2 tsp butterscotch flavoring
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Blend all ingredients together until you have a dough-like batter.
2. Spray baking sheet with nonstick spray. Divide your dough into balls and press them onto baking sheet.
3. Bake cookies at 325 F for 20-25 minutes or until your liking!
