Instructions:

For this you will need 2 treadmills. 1 to run on & 1 to push. Find a pair of treadmills side by side that you can use. Follow suggestions for when to run & when to move to the stopped treadmill & push it! (See Video Below)

The word "PUSH STOPPED" will be used to to tell you when to Switch Treadmills
