Spiced Kale Scramble - Created by LadyBoss Coach Kate
INGREDIENTS:
1 Tablespoon coconut oil
 2 large eggs
 1 cup kale, chopped
 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
 1 teaspoon garlic powder
 Sea salt and pepper to taste
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Heat the coconut oil in a skillet.
2. In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs.
3. Add chopped kale and spices to the skillet. Cook until slightly wilted.  
 4. Add whisked eggs & cook until firm.
