PANCAKE TACOS
INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup oats
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 cup egg whites
1/2 cup vanilla fat-free Greek yogurt
1/2 cup LadyBoss LEAN Vanilla Cake Protein Powder
1 egg
For the Filling:
1/2 cup vanilla fat-free Greek yogurt
Fresh fruit such as strawberries, raspberries, or blueberries
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Blend oats in blender until flour-like substance. Add in baking soda, egg, egg whites, protein powder, and yogurt. Blend until smooth.
2. Cook in pan over medium heat until both sides are golden brown.
3. Add filling and enjoy!
