Cran-Apple Oatmeal Bake


INGREDIENTS: 

Mix dry ingredients in a 9x13 baking dish:

2 apples, chopped

2 cups old fashioned oatmeal
 
3/4 cup low sugar dried cranberries
 
1/2 cup flax seed, chia seed, or hemp seed (or combine all three!)
 
In a separate bowl mix the following ingredients:
 
1 teaspoon baking powder
 
1/3 cup unsweetened applesauce
 
1/2 cup natural peanut butter
 
1 egg
 
2 teaspoons vanilla
 
1 & 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
 
1 scoop LadyBossⓇ GREENS
 

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. When you have a smooth wet mixture, pour it over the dry ingredients in the 9x13 baking dish

2. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes

3. Serve with a drizzle of sugar-free syrup!
