Banana Oat Pancakes


INGREDIENTS: 

1 1/2 cups Rolled Oats
1 Banana
1/2 cup Almond Milk unsweetened
2 Eggs
2 Tablespoons honey
2 teaspoons Baking Powder
Dash of cinnamon

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until batter is smooth.
 
2. Coat skillet with non-stick spray and heat to medium heat.
 
3. Pour batter into the skillet to make about a 4-inch circle.
 
4. Cook for 2-4 minutes each side, until pancakes are cooked through the center.
 
5. Serve hot & top with your favorite fruit or cool & freeze for easy meal prep!
