Turkey Bacon Pancake Dippers

TURKEY BACON PANCAKE DIPPERS


INGREDIENTS:

4 slices of turkey bacon
1/2 cup oats
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 cup egg whites
1/2 cup vanilla fat-free Greek yogurt
1/2 cup LadyBoss LEAN Vanilla Cake Protein Powder 
1 egg
Walden Farm’s Sugar Free/Calorie Free Syrup

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Cook bacon and set aside.

2. Blend oats in blender until flour-like substance.

3. Add in baking soda, egg, egg whites, protein powder, and yogurt. Blend until smooth.

4. Heat griddle to 300 degrees F.

5. Use a large spoon to make a long oval shape a little longer and wider than the bacon and place a slice of cooked bacon in the center of the batter. Lightly press bacon into the batter.

6. Put more batter over the bacon in a zig zag line.

7. Cook until the batter starts to bubble then turn over and cook a few minutes longer.

8. Dip in Walden Farm’s Sugar Free/Calorie Free Syrup.
