Gingerbread Pumpkin Protein Balls - Created by LadyBoss Senior Coach Stefanie
INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup chopped dates
1/2 cup quick oats
1/2 cup almond flour
2 scoops LadyBossⓇ LEAN
1/2 cup canned organic pumpkin
1/2 teaspoon ginger
1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice (or other holiday spices like cloves or cinnamon)
Optional: mini chocolate chips
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Mix all ingredients in a mixing bowl (If it's too wet, add additional almond flour. Too dry? Add a bit more pumpkin.)
2. Let "dough" cool in refrigerator for 1-2 hours
3. Form into balls
*1 serving = 4-6 balls
