1. Jump up by kicking your legs out to the sides and your arms to a wide V




1. Skipping like you used to do in elementary school

 

TIP: Go for height and distance!




1. Begin in a plank position with hands directly under shoulders

2. Lower your elbows then press back up to your hands

 

TIP: Keep back flat and abs engaged




1. Sit in a boat position with feet lifted off the floor

2. Keeping elbows bent, swing them side to side

 

TIP: Think of striking something with your elbows on the way down




1. Do a pushup then row one elbow

2. Do a pushup then row the other elbow

3. Jump into a squat position, stand up, do a full squat, and jump up 




 




1. Begin on all fours and stay as close to the ground as possible

2. Lift your knees off the floor

3. Crawl
