AFTERBURN AT HOME WORKOUTS:

AFTERBURN AT HOME was created for you to ascend through the workouts.

As you get stronger, they get more challenging!

The workouts become more difficult as you advance further.

 

Only move on the the next workout when you have successfully made it through the entire workout you are on. (even if this takes a couple tries)

Complete the ABH Workouts in the Order that they are laid out for you in the LadyBoss Trainer.

 

Start At LEVEL 1 - ROUND 1 with the first workout (LadyBoss UP)

After successfully completing it, the next day move on to

LEVEL 1 - ROUND 1 - the second workout (WERK IT)

Then move on to the next workout… and so on.

 

After completing all of the workouts in LEVEL 1 - ROUND 1

Move on to the first workout in LEVEL 1 - ROUND 2.

Now you will have to complete this workout 2 rounds through, taking a short rest between rounds.

 

Complete all of the workouts for LEVEL 1 ROUND 2 before moving on to LEVEL 1 - ROUND 3.

Now complete this workout 3 Rounds through, taking a short rest between rounds.

Once You have completed all of the Workouts & all 3 Rounds in LEVEL 1 - Move on to LEVEL 2 Workouts.

 

Complete the workouts in the order that they are laid out in the LadyBoss Trainer.

Only moving on to the next workout once you have successfully completed the one that you are on.

Advance through the Rounds in LEVEL 2 before moving on to LEVEL 3.

 

THE LEVELS BECOME MORE DIFFICULT AS YOU ASCEND.
